General Building Services
Our expertise enables us to manage any project from inception to completion.
If you don’t have planning permission, are unfamiliar with building regulations, or require a structural design solution, we can manage this for you. We will work with our various designers to achieve the most desirable solution.
Alternatively, if you have all the necessary permissions, we can provide a building service co-ordinating all the necessary trades, leaving you with just one point of contact. When required, we can work alongside your preferred sub-contractors, although we have highly skilled resources to call upon.
Nearly all our waste is collected and processed either to generate green electricity, or recycled, minimizing the use of landfill.
When requested, we endeavour to source and use products that conserve and protect our environment.
Where we differ from most building contractors is that your project will have its own office based project manager. He will visit site most days to discuss any issues you may have.
After that, he is on hand to co-ordinate the project and manage the flow of information.
Typically, projects include new builds incorporating sustainable elements where required, extensions and refurbishments. Smaller projects include kitchens, bathrooms, driveways, hard landscaping.
Sub-Contract Bricklaying Services
We provide brick laying services to main contractors, developers or private individuals. This can be labour only or we can purchase and manage the materials.
Typical projects include schools, hospitals, nursing homes as well as private houses.
Stone and Flint Work
Working in Sussex we have gained considerable experience using various types of stone and flint, and most of our operatives have received training from the Lime Centre.
This knowledge also gives specific understanding of the needs of older and historic buildings.
“Once
again, thank you and the Padwick team for the professional way in which you
carried out our extension. We are
delighted with the outcome and continue to have passing ‘tourists’ saying how
well it blends in with the original. We
will probably need a few small items dealt with later in the year, and I will
give you a call”.
